All shipping is free of charge within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium for order up to €50. Below €50 the shipping costs are € 5,95.

Articles from the ByKay range are available immediately and sent immediately after your payment is received. Self-assembled slings and accessories are specially made up for you. We will ship your personalised products within one week.

Returns or exchanges
Our slings and accessories can be exchanged and returned within 30 days of placing your order. There are a few rules to this:
1. The products must be unused and in new condition.
2. The product must be complete.
3. The enclosed Return Card must be completed and enclosed by you.
For exchange: indicate on the return card what the item is to be exchanged for and attach it. Don't forget to mention your order number. After receipt we will exchange the item and if necessary. refund remaining balance. If there is an additional payment you will receive a message by email. Make sure that your package is sufficiently stamped. Returning is at your own risk and we recommend that the package be properly packaged and sent by registered and / or traceable mail.
For returns: indicate on the return card the reason for the return and state your Order number. After receipt we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days. The costs of exchanging or returning your order are for your own account. In an exceptional case, for example if your order is not in order due to an error by us, we will reimburse the costs of a return shipment.
