Free shipping from €50
For shipping your order from €50 we charge no shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If your order is lower than €50 you pay a contribution to the shipping costs of €7.95. Outside the countries there are shipping costs and a shipment costs between €12,- and €25.
For orders within the standard range applies in the Netherlands, ordered before 15:00 on business days, is shipped the same day. For Belgium and Germany, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. For other countries, the delivery time may vary greatly.
Delivery times within the Netherlands
Items from the ByKay range are available for immediate delivery and will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. The following applies: ordered before 3 p.m., shipped the same working day. Self-assembled slings and accessories are made especially for you. Delivery time is up to one week.
Should an item have a different delivery time than usual, this will be indicated with the item on the site.
Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment. Normally, Cyclone needs one business day to get the package to its destination. But it can sometimes take longer, which is why we send you your Track & Trace number. With this you can check the progress yourself.
Returns or exchanges
Our slings and accessories may be exchanged and returned within 30 days of placing your order. There are a few rules attached to this:
1. The products must be unused and in new condition.
2. The product must be complete.
3. The packaging should not be taped or damaged. (New box + stickers : €1,95)
4. The enclosed Return Card must be completed and enclosed by you.
5. The article must not come from our SALE or Marketplace.
For exchanges: indicate on the return card what the item is to be exchanged for and attach it. Don't forget to include your Order Number. Upon receipt we will exchange the item and refund any remaining balance. If an additional payment is required you will be notified by e-mail. Please make sure your package is sufficiently stamped. Returns are at your own risk and we recommend that you pack the package well and send it traceable and/or registered.
For returns: indicate the reason for return on the return card and include your Order Number. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days. NB: only slings and accessories from our standard ByKay range can be exchanged, a product specially made for you or printed or from the SALE or marketplace can unfortunately not be returned.
Items taken from ByKay's assortment cannot be exchanged or returned either.
The cost of exchanging or returning your order is at your own expense. In an exceptional case, such as when your order is out of order due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the cost of return shipping.
NOTE: Did we cover the shipping costs with your order? In case of a return we will deduct a part of these shipping costs (6,95) from the refund.
