Free shipping from €50
For shipping your order from €50 we charge no shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If your order is lower than €50 then you pay a contribution to the shipping costs of €7.95. Outside the countries there are shipping costs and shipping costs between €7.95 and €25.
For orders within the standard range applies in the Netherlands, ordered before 15:00 on business days, is shipped the same day. For Belgium and Germany, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. For other countries, the delivery time may vary greatly.
You can also pick up your order in Wijchen for free. Then choose the shipping option "Free pickup in Wijchen" at checkout.
Delivery times within the Netherlands
Items from the ByKay range are available for immediate delivery and will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. The following applies: ordered before 3 p.m., shipped the same working day. Self-assembled slings and accessories are made especially for you. Delivery time is up to one week.
Should an item have a different delivery time than usual, this will be indicated with the item on the site.
Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment. It normally takes the carrier one business day to get the package to its destination. But it can sometimes take longer, which is why we send you your Track & Trace number. With this you can check the progress yourself.
Returns or exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after ordering without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your order.
Return conditions
1. Products must be unused, complete with accessories and in new condition and returned properly packaged.
2. The packaging must be unpainted and undamaged. If damaged, we will charge €14.95.
3. Do not forget to include your order or invoice in your shipment! That way we have all the necessary information to process your request.
4. Register your shipment at info@bykay.com. You will then receive the return information.
Items from the Sale or Marketplace cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges: Send an email before you return your order (don't forget to include your order number) and write on your order/invoice in the package, what the item may be exchanged for. You will then receive the return information. Upon receipt, we will exchange the baby carrier and refund any remaining balance. If any additional payment is required, you will have received notification of this by email.
Returns: Send an email (don't forget to include the order number) preferably with the reason for the return, so we can improve our service. You will then receive the return information. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days. If a return does not meet all the rules, we cannot process it.
Ensure that your package is sufficiently stamped. Returning items is at your own risk, and we recommend that you pack the package well and send it traceable and/or registered. The customer remains responsible for the return package and must immediately notify ByKay of any loss, delivery to a parcel point, or delivery to an address other than the delivery address until the package has been received in full by ByKay.
Please note: only baby carriers and accessories from our standard ByKay range can be exchanged. If a baby carrier has been specially made for you, or comes from the SALE or Marketplace, it cannot be returned. The same applies to products that are being phased out and are no longer available on our site.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
In certain cases, for example if your order is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the costs of returning the item.
NOTE: Did we cover the shipping costs with your order? In case of a return, we will deduct the shipping costs (€7.95) from the refund.
After you place an order with us, you will receive an email with a summary.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Standard assortment
Shipping for the standard assortment is: ordered on a business day before 3 p.m. is shipped the same business day.
Design it yourself
Even composed cloths and accessories are made up especially for you. Delivery time is up to one week.
