Is your baby carrier damaged? For example, your clip got stuck between the car door and broke or you snagged on something and there is a tear in the fabric. Send an email to info@bykay.com and include a few photos of the damage. Once we confirm that the baby carrier can be repaired, you can send it to us. We will take care of the rest!
