The MyKay is ideal if you want to get a good start right away, even if yes baby is still very tiny. The half-buckle baby carrier (half button/half click) has a clip on the belly band but you tie the shoulder straps, the best of a baby carrier combined with the best of a sling. This MyKay is height adjustable by rolling the belly band over. This allows you to position the top of the baby carrier right at your baby's neck for ergonomic carrying. The width can be adjusted by narrowing the fabric between the legs so that the carrier supports your baby from hollow of knee to hollow of knee and the lower legs dangle down relaxed. The MyKay shoulder straps pass under your armpits, rather than over your shoulders as with the mei tai. This way you get secure horizontal neck support, ideal for a newborn. Based on the width and height of the MyKay, it can be used up to book size 74.
This Hydrophilic fabric is light, comfortable and airy in warmer weather.

Baby: from pant size 46 to use up to pant size 74.
The height of the back panel is up to 36 cm. This can be reduced by rolling up the waistband. (1x rolled up: height 30 cm.)
The width of the baby carrier, for an ergonomic M-position with support from hollow of knee to hollow of knee, is 32 cm maximum. (Continuously narrowed by pushing fabric together to min. 15cm).
