The Woven Wrap is nice and sturdy and provides plenty of support for your baby, toddler, and preschooler. Since you can even use this woven wrap for a premature baby, it’s a long-term investment. At first, you’ll carry your baby snugly on your front and possibly your hip, and once they can sit up on their own, even on your back!
In our detailed (video) instructions, you’ll see how to prepare a woven wrap so you can gently lower your baby into it. Then, you’ll tie the supple fabric around your baby like a little cocoon until they’re snuggled up against you and feel at ease, surrounded by your familiar scent and heartbeat.
A baby wrap always fits your child perfectly. Choose the wrap size (6 or 7) based on your own build and clothing size. Check the size chart to see which size suits you best. Are you not the only one carrying? Then choose the size that fits the largest person. A wrap that’s too long isn’t a problem; you’ll just have a bit more fabric “left over” (which either hangs in a longer tail or wraps around your waist). The wrap is available in standard sizes 6 (4.70 m) and 7 (5.20 m). With this non-stretch wrap, you’ll have your hands free from day one until your child is about four years old.
