Last week the Prénatal Hardwarendag took place in Amersfoort. ByKay was there!!! It was a full day with enthusiastic employees who listened to the explanation about our new Tiny Click Carrier and the adjustments to our PRO baby carriers. It was very informative and fun and we were satisfied at the end of the day. We are proud that all Prénatal employees have been trained by us for over 10 years to give professional advice to all customers.
It is very important for us to have regular contact with all store personnel. Therefore, we made sure that all store managers who attended the hardware day were completely up to date with the latest ByKay developments. We provided them with comprehensive handouts, including instructional videos, so that they could properly inform their employees on the shop floor about the new products and improvements to our standard products.
It is very important to offer customers the opportunity to try on products before they make a purchase.
