This Mei Tai requires both the belly strap and shoulder straps to be knotted. If you do not want to have to tie the belly band, choose a "half buckle".
The Mei Tai combines the best of everything in one baby carrier: the ease of use and speed of a baby carrier, with the comfort and security of a sling (both the shoulder straps and the waistband of the sling are tied). The Mei Tai can be adjusted in height by rolling the waist strap. This ensures that the top of the baby carrier ends up exactly at the back of your baby's neck, allowing you to carry them ergonomically. With larger children, it is no problem at all if their shoulders and/or arms stick out above the baby carrier, as this gives them a little more freedom of movement. The width of the carrier can be adjusted by narrowing it between the legs with the flap at the back of the knees. You do this by securing the narrowest position with the button, so that the carrier supports your baby from knee to knee and the lower legs hang down relaxed. The shoulder straps can be spread wide for more comfort, but can also be transformed into soft carrier straps using the included shoulder pads. The sleeping hood offers protection from the weather or other stimuli, but can also be rolled up to form a neck roll. You can also carry your child on your back from the moment they can sit independently, which is usually between 6 and 8 months. Based on the width and height of the Mei Tai Deluxe, this baby carrier can be used up to pants size 98.

The Mei Tai Deluxe can be used from pant size 50 (but a perfect fit from size 62) to pant size 98.
The height of the back panel is up to 40 cm. This can be reduced by rolling up the belly band. (1x rolled up: height 32 cm, 2x rolled up: height 28 cm).
The width of the baby carrier, for an ergonomic M position with support from hollow of knee to hollow of knee, is maximum 42cm. (Can be narrowed to 26cm with flaps and buttons).
