Instructions Mei Tai | Front Carry

1 Adjust the flaps with the buttons, according to baby's size. Ensure an optimal M position.

2a Hold the Mei Tai in front of you. Fold the waistband outward to reduce the back panel.
2b Hold the Mei Tai in front of you. Fold the waistband inward to enlarge the back panel. 

3 Make a double knot on your back.
4 Hold the baby in the natural position.
5 Lift both shoulder straps while supporting the baby.
6 Slap both straps over your shoulders to the back.
7 Cross the straps over your back and pull firmly. 

8 Pull the straps forward and cross them over the legs, under the buttocks and then under the legs back.
9 Make a double knot on your back or belly.

Instructions Mei Tai | Hip Carry

1 Hold the Mei Tai in front of you.
2 Fold the waistband outward to reduce the back panel.
3 Make a double knot.

4 Slide the Mei Tai onto your hip.
5 Put the baby on your hip.
6 Pull the back panel up.
7 Pull the shoulder strap forward over the opposite shoulder while properly supporting the baby.

8 Pull the strap across the back and under the baby's buttocks. Hold the baby and the strap with one hand.
9 Repeat with the other shoulder strap.
10 Cross the straps under the baby's buttocks and secure on your other hip.
11 Make a double knot.

Instruction Mei Tai | Back Carry

1 Hold the Mei Tai in front of you.
2 Fold the waistband outward to reduce the back panel.
3 Make a double knot.

4 Hold the baby in the natural position.
5 Pull the back panel up.
6 Pull the shoulder strap under your arm over the other shoulder.
7 Hold both straps firmly while supporting with the other hand. 

8 Pass your arm under the shoulder straps so that they are both on your shoulders.
9 Tighten the shoulder straps firmly and bring them back.
10 Pass the straps over the legs, cross under the buttocks and then bring under the baby's legs back to the front.
11 Make a double knot on your back or stomach.
