The MyKay is ideal if you want to make a good start right away, even when your baby is still very tiny. The half-buckle baby carrier (half knot/half click) has a clip on the waistband, but you tie the shoulder straps, combining the best of a carrier with the best of a wrap. This MyKay can be adjusted in height by rolling the waistband. This ensures that you can position the top of the carrier exactly at your baby's neck, allowing for ergonomic carrying. The width can be adjusted by pushing the fabric narrower between the legs, so the carrier supports your baby from knee to knee and the lower legs hang relaxed down. You thread the MyKay shoulder straps under your armpits, instead of over your shoulders as with the Mei Tai. This way, you get safe horizontal neck support, ideal for a newborn. Based on the width and height of the MyKay, it can be used up to clothing size 74.
- Place the belly band at your waist (not too low) so you can kiss your baby’s head.
- Roll the belly band away from you 1 or 2 times if needed, then click it closed to lower the back panel for your baby’s head.
- Narrow (if necessary) the back panel at the level of the buttocks by sliding the fabric over the belly band towards each other. Make sure the fabric does not go beyond both knee pits, so the lower legs hang down relaxed.
- The back panel can be pulled up well so that your baby is sitting deeply in the baby carrier with their bottom.

MyKay Details
Baby: suitable from pant size 46 to size 74. The height of the back panel is a maximum of 36 cm.
This can be reduced by rolling the waistband. (Once rolled: height 30 cm.)
The width of the carrier, for an ergonomic M-position with support from knee pit to knee pit, is a maximum of 32 cm. (can be continuously narrowed by pushing the fabric together to a minimum of 15 cm.)
